We stored our belongings for a short term late last year. From the start Kris and her team were helpful, respectful and always proactive. They made the stressful experience streamlined for us and a cheerful disposition from all staff made the frequent visits to the storage unit all the more positive. On a further note. I called into the St Lukes office and made a request that had nothing to do with the business. Wesley assisted me with a small practical job, no hesitation and no worries. OUTSTANDING guys!!!

Recently had storage dramas and Kris made it all go away for me...Sorting out another storage unit for me....accepting delivery of my furniture in my absence and organising it to be locked away secure for me...service above and beyond!!

This testimony is particularly to let you know our appreciation of the kings Storage facility.We are very happy with the storage arrangement. The staff has been very cooperative and friendly. The safety of the storage is of course on top priority and when we were overseas we could be relaxed due to no worries about our belongings. The availability of access 24/7 to our storage room was an excellent feature of the service. You also have some people who do the job of packing and removing their belongings to the storage room is an added facet to your service. Not bother with any other storage place in Auckland, just go here! These guys are just fantastic, just go the extra mile every time, couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Just Brilliant. Very highly recommended. (And I don't usually write reviews!)
